Croccantino La Provenzale represents the master craftsmanship of the Sannio Benevento confectionery tradition, an art passed down through generations in the heart of San Marco dei Cavoti. Our artisanal crunchy biscuit is made with a mixture of finely chopped Giffoni hazelnuts and Apulian almonds , caramelized with sugar and sulla honey from the Sannio area .

The production process follows ancient tradition: the dough is rolled out strictly by hand with a rolling pin, ensuring the characteristic consistency and uniform thickness. The evolution of the La Provenzale recipe has replaced the original naspro (cocoa and sugar glaze) with a very thin layer of 70% cocoa dark chocolate .

The addition of local honey to our exclusive recipe gives the Campanian brittle greater crumblyness and creates a perfect balance between the ingredients, giving it a refined and unparalleled flavor that distinguishes our product in the Italian confectionery scene.
