Any use of the trademarks, website content, or promotional materials for commercial purposes is prohibited. Any abuse or infringement of intellectual property rights will be reported to the competent authorities and prosecuted according to law.
1. DEFINITION AND SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT
1.1 – This agreement (“Contract”) is a distance contract pursuant to Articles 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 (the “Consumer Code”). The Contract concerns the sale of tangible goods between La Provenzale S.r.l. (owner of the La Provenzale trademark) (“La Provenzale”) and the consumer (the “Customer”).
The Contract is concluded through La Provenzale’s acceptance of a purchase proposal submitted by the Customer via the Internet, following the invitation to offer published on the website www.laprovenzale.it and/or through La Provenzale’s other remote sales systems, in accordance with the procedures described in Article 3 below.
1.2 – These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“General Conditions”) and, in particular, the information required by Article 52 of the Consumer Code as provided by La Provenzale and shown on the Website, shall remain valid and effective until amended and/or supplemented by La Provenzale. Any amendments and/or additions shall take effect from the date they are communicated to the public and shall apply to sales made from that date onward. The latest updated version of the General Conditions is available on the Website.
2. SALES PRICES
The sales prices of the products displayed on the Website and/or through any other remote sales systems of La Provenzale include VAT and all other applicable taxes.
3. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT METHODS
3.1 – A Contract concluded by telephone is finalized when the Customer (who has contacted La Provenzale by phone and, on that occasion, submitted a purchase proposal providing the data necessary to register their details, the purchase order, and the chosen payment method) is informed that the proposal has been accepted.
3.2 – For purchase proposals submitted via the Website, the Customer will receive a summary email from La Provenzale stating that the proposal is being processed and will be deemed accepted unless La Provenzale communicates otherwise by email or telephone within three (3) calendar days from receipt of the summary email. After this period, the Contract concluded online shall be considered finalized.
3.3 – Orders will be processed within 24 hours from receipt of the order summary email.
3.4 – Payments may be made via PayPal, bank transfer in advance, or cash.
4. PRODUCT DELIVERY – COMPLAINTS
4.1 – La Provenzale delivers products to the address indicated by the Customer within 3 business days for shipments within Italy and within 7 business days for international shipments.
4.2 – The costs payable by the Customer are indicated at checkout and during payment.
The shipping cost within Italy is €6.90 and free for orders over €50.00. For international shipments, the cost varies depending on the destination country.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
La Provenzale accepts Customer orders within the limits of the quantities available in stock. Therefore, acceptance of the Customer’s purchase proposal is subject to product availability in the warehouse. La Provenzale undertakes to promptly inform the Customer of any unforeseen stock shortages due to excess demand or other causes.
6. WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
For products purchased by the Customer, the rules on warranties and after-sales support applicable to the sale of consumer goods shall apply to La Provenzale.
7. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer declares and warrants that: (i) they qualify as a consumer pursuant to Article 3 of the Consumer Code; (ii) they are of legal age; (iii) the data provided for the execution of the Contract are true and correct.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1 – The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days from receipt of the products. The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the above term by notifying La Provenzale by telephone or by written communication sent to the company’s registered office indicated in Article 4, via registered letter with return receipt, telegram, email, or fax.
8.2 – The Customer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products to the following address within 14 days from receipt of the products:

Pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code, the Customer shall have no right of withdrawal in the following cases: – supply of sealed products that have been opened by the Customer; – supply of products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g., food products).
8.3 – Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
La Provenzale will refund, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned products: (i) the full price paid by the Customer if the product is returned complete with all its parts and functionality; or (ii) the portion of the price corresponding to the product actually returned where the Customer has used the product appreciably and/or has significantly diminished its value.
8.4 – Refunds by La Provenzale to the Customer will be made by bank transfer.
