Soft nut paste, tasty almonds, a hint of white chocolate and nuts, everthing covered by a thin dark chocolate layer.
"Delicatezze" with nuts bring us back to the legend of the witches who, after having performed a magic spell, flew towards the "Noce" of Benevento. (A sacred ancient walnut tree).
We don't have any witch today but walnuts are still part of the culinary tradition of Samnium and we find them in different dishes, salted and sweet.
We propose them in the typical form of the croccantino with a soft and mysterious eßence.
